1. Our Service

Our charges include a bespoke service. A cake from us is always personal to you so no cake is ever exactly the same.

2. How do I order a cake or cupcakes?

We recommend that you either contact us via email or Facebook,  giving us the date, delivery location,  how many you would like to serve and any design ideas you have so we can give you a rough price guide.  We can then provide a firm quote. A deposit is required to confirm your order.

3. Do you deliver?

Yes we can deliver. Delivery is free within 5 miles from CW12 then a small charge is made for deliveries further than this.

4. What are your deposit and payment terms?

We take a deposit on all orders which is non refundable. This is purely to cover the costs of cancellation and having to turn other orders away. Once your deposit has been paid this secures your slot in our diary. Full payment is then due any day leading up to collection on celebration cakes. For wedding cakes the balance is due 6 weeks before your wedding date.

6. Can I choose a mix of flavours for my wedding cake?

Yes of course. Any cake with multiple tiers can have a different flavour for each tier.

7. Are your cakes Vegan, Gluten Free, Nut Free?

Our cake are NOT Vegan. Yes we provide Gluten free and Nut free.

8. Do you work in a nut free kitchen?

No. All our cakes are made in a kitchen where nut products are kept. Cakes can be made nut free but customers must be aware that there is always a small risk of cross contamination.
